Slovenia, and in particular the west part has some of the best mountain biking trails that can be experienced in Europe. It's paradise of endless single track descending. It is almost a little mysterious when the word touches mountain biking and trails.
This is an extraordinary mountain bikinng journey through the western part of Slovenia. From the heart of the Julian Alps and Triglav National Park, through the unforgettable and unique Soča River Valley, the famous red Karst region with the largest system of karst caves in Europe, to the Adriatic Sea.
The feeling, when one is riding a bike down a narrow, winding trail to the valley is indescribable. The emotions, when one is surrounded by pristine nature of Slovenian mountains, Carst or Adriatic are unforgettable. All this and more is mountain biking on numerous trails, remote lanes and forest tracks in the Slovenian green nature, which offers, an abundance of primal biking explorations.
